While I do my best to accommodate requests (like nut-free or dairy-free), please note that everything is made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens like nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat. I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Yes — a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. This is due at the time of booking or no later than 7 days before your pickup date. Your spot isn’t reserved until the deposit is received.

Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance can receive a partial refund. Closer to the date, I may not be able to refund due to prep time and ingredients already purchased.

Yes! I am registered under New York State’s Cottage Food Law, which allows me to legally sell homemade baked goods from my home kitchen ( not subject to state inspection).

You can find me Saturday at the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market from 9 AM to 2 PM — come say hi and grab some fresh treats!

For orders placed downtown, the Troy Market also serves as the pickup location. If you’re ordering for local delivery or pickup elsewhere, I’ll provide details when confirming your order.
